This course is for access to the Basic Workgroup only and does not allow full access to ClientTrack. The process to complete training and the required courses are listed on this page. Please contact [email protected] with training questions!

HMIS New User Training Process

  • Training Request

    HMIS Security Officers submit a training request for a new user. Our HMIS Team approves the request, then our training team manually enrolls the user in the HMIS Basic Workgroup Access course.

  • Course & Training Task Completion

    Learners must complete the entire course including all actions requested, such as submitting a User Agreement, submitting a help desk ticket, and completing all quizzes with a score of at lest 75%.

  • HMIS Access Granted

    Users who earn their certificate should respond to their open ticket with our help desk ticket stating that their training is complete. Our HMIS team aims to respond to all tickets within 1-2 business days.
